Returns Policy

Our shipments undergo rigorous quality check before they leave our facilities. In case you have been sent a wrong or defective product(s), please reach out to us at within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If you have received a damaged/expired product(s), we request you to return the product(s) in its original condition with its packaging, price tag and barcode intact. We do not accept returns in other scenarios due to hygiene reasons.

In the event that we are unable to issue a replacement, a complete refund for the returned item(s) will be processed. This will be done as soon we receive and verify the returned item(s).

Your concerns are of prime importance to us and we shall do everything possible to resolve them.

Refunds Policy

If you have paid via credit card/debit card/net banking, we will refund the payment to the same account originally used at the time of the transaction. If you have paid by cash on delivery, we will refund the amount using Health & Glow online vouchers. A monetary refund to your account can also be initiated through online transaction modes. If you have paid using a mobile wallet, the refund amount will be credited back to the same wallet.

Any complaints related to product/delivery should be brought to our notice within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
